Abstract

This study entitled "Evaluation of Availability of Text Books Collection in the Library for the National Examination SMP N 1 Temon Regency of Kulonprogo Yogyakarta" (Syllabus Curriculum Based Assessment 2006). The purpose of this study to determine the availability of text books for the national exams in the library of SMP N 1 Temon based curriculum syllabus 2006. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. Data obtained using the method of observation, documentation, and interviews. Instruments used in this study is the check list or check list which is based on the learning resources contained in the syllabus, the syllabus of each subject. Syllabus of subjects under study amounted to 6 subjects ie English subjects, Islam Religion, Physics, Biology, Indonesian language and Mathematics. The results are outlined in the table percentage that is then analyzed with a conclusion sentence. The results showed that the availability of a collection of subjects in the national exam by the syllabus kurikulum2006's mostly been available in the library of SMP N 1 Temon Kulonprogo percentage of 55.88%.
