Abstract

The development of Internet technology, e-learning was developed. Thus encouraging schools to maintain the quality of education by applying e-learning. Elearning is one of the tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of performance in teaching and learning. But many e-learning schools did not have standardized of the World Wide Web Consortium ( E-learning is a web-based system which is developed using the programming language PHP, and XHTML document types to manage MySQL database.
