Abstract

This research aims to know the credit position of number assignment functional librarians and its effects on productivity of work in the library librarian UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. variable in this study there are two namely about the determination of the number of credit term functional librarians and librarian working productivity. The subject used are all librarians libraries UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Data collection is done using the now as the main methods, documentation and interviews as a complementary method. The population that was taken was the librarian at the library of UIN Sunan Kalijaga in Yogyakarta in June 2013. Samples taken as many as 22 respondents using a sampling of saturated. Quantitative analysis used was Statistics. The variable in this study is divided into two, namely: independent variable (determination of the number of credit term functional librarian) and variables denpenden (Work Productivity Librarian). Results score criteria assessment Office of the credit number assignment fully librarian belongs to category with an average of 3.40. While the results of the assessment criteria to score productivity librarian belongs to category with an average of 3.30. the coefficient indicates strong weak influence between the two variable perceptions of librarians of numeral designation functional term credit at very low against the influential librarians work productivity librarian, the correlation coefficient is obtained which contains the categories 0,072 0.00 – 0,199. It is in accordance with the interview that writers do with the librarian and can be seen on the discussion in the thesis the author created.
