Abstract

Society thinks that television now is part of main consumtion because it is reached by all people. The impact of television is used by advertiser because it has high economic benefit. Advertisement will be interesting when it’s pocked with high creativity. Creativity advertisement is the thing where their audience follow history sequence that consist of social critict, parody or reality of society. The Axe parfume of Heaven On Earth advertisement version brings a history about the reality that happens on happiness of satisfied it’s expected by anyone. This research uses Roland Barthes semiotic Analysis which has purpose to represent the meaning of advertisement. The correlation with Axe parfume of Heaven On Earth version Advertisement is many symbols and signs appear in that advertisement. For the meaning itself, researcher using two step signification of Barthes which seen from appear sign (manifest content) and hidden sign (latent content). Furthermore, beside using two step signification of Barthes, researcher also uses sensuality as focus to represent Axe parfume of Heaven On Earth version advertisement in this research. Many sensuality unsure in Axe parfume parfume Heaven On Earth version advertisement which become main factor for researcher in this research. The sensuality which is appeared in Axe parfume of Heaven On Earth version advertisement is sensuality that seen in society’s life through cultural and rational side. To make the result of perception theory analysis stronger and using social context about values in society the advertisement result of Axe parfume of Heaven On Earth version shows that reality which happens in society. The Axe parfume of Heaven On Earth version advertisement trying to give a reality with sensuality unsure that pocked by advertisement.
