Abstract

This study aims to determine how to user response the utilization of digital manuscript in Sonobudoyo State Museum Yogyakarta. The theory used in measuring the utilization of digital manuscript that is a combination of two between theory Acceptane Technology Models (TAM) and the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). In this study there is only one variable (single variable), which user response to the use of digital manuscripts. This study used quantitative research methods with descriptive statistical analysis. The subjects used were user digital manuscripts in Sonobudoyo State Museum Yogyakarta. The data was collected using a questionnaire and documentations as the primary data source, and complementary data sources using the methods of interviews and observations. The population is all users of digital manuscripts in Sonobudoyo State Museum Yogyakarta, while samples were taken of 100 respondents to the questionnaires using accidental sampling technique. Utilization variables are translated into 6 indicators, usefulness, ease of use, content, accuracy, format and timeliness. The results of the average score obtained 3.05 overall, so based on the value of that user response categorized on the utilization of digital manuscripts in the Sonobudoyo State Museum Yogyakarta quite good. Based on the research results, there are some recommendations given by researchers to the research site. Where recommendations are taken based on the lowest value of the declaration, such as for recommendations, among others, the need for care and caution in the process of digitizing the ancient texts, the need to equip the computer with the keyboard and make use of computer instructions digital manuscripts.
