Abstract
This reaserch aims to develope a medical record information system-based mobile web that can help employees to complete the work effectively and efficiently especially the medical records unit at Hospital for Special Mother and Child (RSKIA) Ummi Khasanah to input medical records and view the reports. Development methods used in this reaserch is the SDLC (system development life cycle). The steps to develop a system that is analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Tools that are used to develop this information system are PHP as the programming language and MySQL as data storage. Based on system testing that has been done, result 99,16% respondent said instense agree to medical record information system-based mobile web, 100% said agree to interface system, 100% said agree to benefit of medical record information system-based mobile web.
