Abstract

The development of today's business world can be said to be increasingly restrictive. It makes the entrepreneurs should be more clever in setting strategy in order to keep its business growing. One of the strategies that must be owned by a company is to have organizational culture. This is because organizational culture serves as a corporate identity. The organizational culture that are embedded in the company require a communication strategy within the organization. Through the communication of this organization will companies will introduce the culture of the Organization to the members of the organization. So organisiasi will be understood culture and deceived by all parties within the company. Waroeng Steak & Shake which was under the management of the Waroeng Group is one company that has a culture of Islamic companies. The culture is the Spiritual Company. This organization culture prioritizes spiritual values within the company. It became the hallmark of the company Waroeng group. Spiritual Company to be kept by all levels of the company, as it would later become the spirit of the employees in the work. Spiritual Company must be socialized to new employees. Therefore the purpose of this research is to know the strategy through organizational communication approach in building Spiritual Company to new employees at the Waroeng Steak and Shake. The methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected by means of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that Spiritual Company itself defined as spirit company which employees should still bring spiritual values in their work. Spiritual values are the Foundation of the Company as a benchmark of everyday behaviors for employees Waroeng Steak & Shake. So that all employees new and old employees understand the value of the Spiritual Company, head of the branch and Company supervisors doing socialization through organizational communication approach in macro, micro, and individually. Organizational communication strategy at the Waroeng Steak & Shake to build Company do with a Spiritual approach to communications organizations such as the identification of the employee who is oriented to the afterlife in work, work practices involving employee for Spiritual memprkatikkan Company and also communicate directly with the working group by holding forums to strengthen the spirit of Islamic study Spiritual Company.
