Abstract

In the second world war, the film became part of the propaganda of the most popular media in addition to posters, radio and newspapers. Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbel, a massive propaganda to build the 3rd Reich or empire to build a country in the Germany with the best that the Aryan race, the Nazis tried to impose will with confidence the most superior race to exterminate inferior races such as Jews, Gypsies disabled people and others. One of the main media that built the Nazi propaganda films, that of the many Nazi propaganda films Triumph Dess Willens or Triumph Of Will being the most famous. . Propaganda is a technique to influence others who cooled the will of the communicator, coercive propaganda. Entering the years after World War II ended, many movies are popping up that tells the World War II, with the German described as the ringleader of the damage that has swept the world especially Europe, as a hedge against fascist and Nazi ideology, but many are also in the film which tells how the greatness of Hitler become a leader major in German . In 2004 appeared the film Hitler The Rise Of Evil, this film is about the progress of Hitler's Germany rise power, besides the greatness revolves around Hitler, the film has two meanings of propaganda, propaganda we know there are three kinds, black, white and gray, in movie Hitler the Rise Of Evil there are two different meanings in this movie, the first movie tells the greatness of Hitler and the Nazis, and that both these films have propaganda side of the audience felt it at all difficult if not observed, such as the meaning of Evil English is a crime . Once the research is done, the researchers concluded this movie many charged propaganda techniques, especially with thirty- one technique written by Allo Liliweri, though not all, existing techniques can identify propaganda techniques into 31 one in the film Hitler The Rise Of Evil .
