Abstract

This research discusses about communication climate that occurred at Yayasan Penerbit Pers Suara Muhammadiyah in improving the employee performance is seen from the five values in a climate organizational communication, such as ; the value of support, the value of participatory decision, the value of honesty, trust and credible, the value of openness and candor, and the last , value of high performance objectives. This studies a qualitative research with descriptive design. Methods of data collection used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The subject of this study were one corporate leaders and seven sections leader or staff. The results of the study that the communication climate in the Suara Muhammadiyah went quite well and overall positive, and contribute to improving employee performance in Suara Muhammadiyah. The results of further research is the value of high performance goals in Suara Muhammadiyah constrained by the lack of adequate human resources.
