Abstract

This research aims to determine correlation between self confidence and organizational interest on student cooperative member in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 138 members of the cooperative student. Data collection methods in this study using scale of organizational interest and scale of self confidence. Quantitative data is analyzed by using product moment technique. The result indicates that there is a significant positive correlation between self confidence and organizational interest with rxy = 0,515 and p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). This means that there is a significant correlation between self confidence and organizational interest on member of the student cooperative in Yogyakarta, in which if the higher self confidence effect exists, then the higher organizational interest appears. Conversely, if the lower influence of self confidence exists, influenced to the lower of organizational interest on student cooperative member in Yogyakarta.
