Abstract

This study entitled as "Evaluation of Availability Collection at the Library and Documentation of Yogyakarta Language Hall Based on Citation Analysis In the year 2009 - 20013 R esearch Report ” . This study aims , know the type of cited collection, the dominant type of cited collection , and the percentage of availability of the cited collection in research report of Yogyakarta Language Hall.This study used descriptive quantitative. Method of collecting data of this study is observation and documentation. The data were analyzed descriptively, tabulated data that has been collected and analyzed by percentage.The r esults shows that there are eight types of collection used as reference in the preparation of research report Yogyakarta Language Hall year 2009 - 20013 in e xample books, research report, magazines and newspapers, dictiona ries, journals, papers, encyclopedias and dissertation. Book collection is one of m ostly cited with a total of 947 citation of all 1401 citation. Results of availability collection at the lib rary and documentation of Yogyakarta to meet the needs of researcher Yogyakarta Language Hall in the preparation of researc h report in 2009 - 2013 reached 76.64 %. Recommended for procurement of collection be improved as well as the type of manuscript colle ctions of media converted into digitalized form .
