Abstract

This research aims to develop a discovery learning method using adobe flash cs4 professional on theory kinetic gas subject. Then obtaining the quality of cs4 product and getting the response of student forward this product. R&D method with procedural model are used and adapted from Borg and Gall research procedural which has been modified by Puslitjaknov’s team. We used validation sheet, assesment sheet, student response sheet, and documentation. Product quality assessment is used 4 scale that made in checklist form. Student response use Guttman scalein yes or no statement. Technique of analysis data that is used according manual of quantity and quality category to detemine product quality. Product implementation use description of activity. The result of research are learning physics media have been developed succeshly. Quality of learning physics media according assesment of matter specialist, media specialist, dan physics teacher are in Sangat Baik (SB) categories with ideal percentage continued 95%, 94%, dan 98% . And for student response about this learning physics media is in Setuju (S) category with aggrement percentage 99% in small field test and 94% in large field test.
