Abstract

RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul is hospital which have used information technology in development of effort him health area. One of the exploiting of information technology is medical record information system. With existence of medical record information system will managing all data which related to medical record. But with existence of applied information system it is of course require to be conducted by security to all data which owning by RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. While knowledge and understanding about medical record information system security still less. Therefore to get security a medical record information system service of goodness needing the existence of audit of medical record information system by using standard of ISO 27001. This audit use standard of ISO 27001 because this standard focus at information system security and have used national standard of indonesia. This standard also have complete clause to know information system security. This research succeed to give assessment to medical record information system security of RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul with value of maturity 2,2 (Repeatable But Intuitive). So medical record information system security of RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul have good enough because have followed information system security procedure have is existing. But hospital management not attention to regarding understanding of information system security him among all employees using medical record information system.
