Abstract

This research aim to to know how Iibrarian attitude, knowing how satisfaction of Visitor, knowing how influence of Iibrarian attitude to satisfaction of Visitor in Library Of STMIK AKAKOM Yogyakarta. This Research is including quantitative research. Method research of data which is used in this research among others observation method, interview, kuesioner, and documentation. Variable which in using is independent variable (Iibrarian attitude) and dependen veriabel ( satisfaction of visitor). Sampel in research counted 96 responder, by using sampling random simpel sampel. Data analysis use correlation test of product moment. Data processed by using SPSS version software 17 research windows.Hasil for show Iibrarian attitude in Library Of STMIK AKAKOM Yogyakarta of is including into good category with value of grand mean 2,61, and satisfaction of visitor in Library Of STMIK AKAKOM Yogyakarta of is including into good category with value of grand mean 2,67. Influence of Iibrarian attitude to satisfaction of visitor in Library Of STMIK AKAKOM Yogyakarta pursuant to correlation coefficient value 0,853, hence countr of is tables of at level of signifikan 5% ( 0,202) and also at level of signifikan 1% ( 0,263) hence from the result alternative hypothesis ( Ha) can be accepted expressing there is positive influence and signifikan among Iibrarian attitude to satisfaction of visitor in Library Of STMIK AKAKOM Yogyakarta. Relate at result of as for suggestion ( 1) Iibrarian have to be more improve to feel fairly, care, and will help visitor in finding information which they require. ( 2) Iibrarian have to give to feel balmy in the case of serving cordially, quickly, pleasing, and will help pemustaka. ( 3) To library side shall do training to Iibrarian how to way of serving visitor better
