Abstract

The growth of the television and the development of technologi is not only cause the consument doing the transaction in front of the television now, especially in the Klithikan Jogja Market program television. Althought there are some consument choose that to do the transaction in the Klithikan Pakuncen Market. So that consumers are very concerned about the quality of service, so that they (consumers) feel this compares satisfied. This research tend to compare the consument gratification with the quality of service. This research is a kind of quantitative research as a purpose to know about the differeces consument gratification with the quality of service on Klithikan Jogja Market program television with the consument gratification with the quality of service in the Klithikan Pakuncen Market. As a population in this research and the community that doing transaction in Klithikan Pakuncen Market on November 2014. The sample of this research, there are 39 respondences which is taken with purposive sampling technic. The data which is get is primer data that gathered directly uses quesioner. Based on the result of paired t test, to the research variables which are costomers satisfaction involved in Klithikan Jogja Market program television with the quality of service (X1), and customers satisfaction involved in Pakuncen Klithikan Market (X2), the obtained result shows that tarithmetic resulted 2,567. It is bigger than ttable which resulted 2,024. Therefore, H1 is received and H0 is denied, so the conclusion says that there is a different customers satisfaction between those with the quality of service in Klithikan Jogja Market program television and those with the quality of service in Pakuncen Klithikan Market.
