This paper describes forms of interaction between Muslim and Quranic verses and between Christian with Biblical in their own home in contemporary Indonesia. This paper shows that the calligraphy is in fact not only popular among Muslims, but is also among Christians. Behind the popularity of the calligraphy there is a problem, namely the possibility of a calligraphy to be brought in a wrong home, both it is caused by the ignorant of the home owner, or it is intentionally practiced by the calligraphy manufacturer.
