Abstract

One of the academic transactional activities which happen in university tends to relate with the letter administration. UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta has the system of centered letter information which eases the search of letter and the supervising over the spread of the letter. For understanding the level of the skill in the system of letter information which is developed by UIN Sunan Kalijaga, the researcher conducts the test toward that system. This research focuses on the test of the system which is arranged based on the procedure of the reliability test using McCall method. The test of reliability factors aims at understanding how far a program or application can be expected for doing its function well so that it can fulfill the user’s need. Based on the test, it is acquired that the result of the percentage of the reliability factor in the system of letter information of UIN Sunan Kalijaga using McCalls Quality factor is 85,11%. That value is the result of the sum of all the whole sub factor percentage (Accuracy, Consistency, Error Tolearance, Modularity Simplicity) which later will be divided in 5. From the research finding, it can be concluded that the system of letter information in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta has a good reliability value.
