Abstract

This study is abuat excellent character education, what methods should appropriate be used and how to achieve the aims of education. The findings are that the character building education needs specific methods, systems, and attention of professional lectures.Those methods that can be implemented are role model method, habitual method, and rewards or punishment.Religious education and civic education have been aimed to real strengtening. Religious education is directed to the formation of excellent character or manners, and civic education is directed to the formation of personality or citizenship. If the two subjects can be implemented in real lectures and focus by the appropriate approach to the formation of excellent character and personality, it must be able to be a far better hope for improving the student excellent characters.
