Abstract
Sistem Agen PMB is one of software that owned by Institut Pertanian Stiper Yogyakarta. This system serves to facilitate new student registration agent to manage the new students who register from all senior high school around Indonesia. Software quality is very important and need to be considered in the development of a system because they affect the performance of the system. Therefore the testing is required for Sistem Agen PMB , hopefully the result can be used by developer to improve the quality of the system. This study focused on the testing system which is based on the product operation factor in McCall Quality Theory. Product operation are the properties of the operations of a software related to technical issues that must be considered in the development software. Factors contained in product operations correctness, reliability, efficiency, integrity and usability. After testing is known that Sistem Agen PMB has a percentage of correctness factor of 100%, 86.25% reliability, efficiency 85.74%, 64.97% integrity and operability usability consisting of 77.59% and 35.78 seconds training. It can be concluded that the overall Sistem Agen PMB has good quality software according to the theory of McCall quality.
