Abstract

There was employee performance problem is on target is not reached, the number of defective products, as well as employee indiscipline in Guna Mekar Industry Ltd Company. Beside that, occupational safety and health that was applied quite bad. This study was aimed to determine the influence of occupational safety and health to employee performance, and how much te influence was. Participants were 60 (N = 60) employee in Guna Mekar Industry Ltd Company. Collecting data tools were occupational safety and health scale (α = 0,888) and performance scale (α=0,908). Quantitative correlation were used in this research. Data was analyzed by simple regression analysis by softwere SPSS 17.00 for Windows. Result showed that hypotheses was accepted. There was the influence of occupational safety and health to performance (p 0,05). Occupational safety and health influence 42,4% to employee performance.
