Abstract

INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara spiritualitas kerja (spirituality at workplace), trait neuroticism terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis (psychological well being) dan untuk mengetahui prediktor terkuat dari psychological well being. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah pengajar di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) di DI Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 116 (N=116) orang. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: skala spiritualitas kerja (meaningful work, sense of community, alligment with organization values), skala trait neuroticism (kecemasan, kesadaran diri, depresi, kerapuhan, kurangnya kontrol diri, kemarahan), dan skala kesejahteraan psikologis (penerimaan diri, hubungan yang positif dengan orang lain, otonomi, penguasaan lingkungan, tujuan hidup, pertumbuhan pribadi). Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik cluster random sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi. Hasil analisis spiritualitas kerja terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis menunjukkan adanya korelasi 0,693 dan trait neuroticism terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis sebesar -0,568. Artinya, bahwa hipotesis pertama dan kedua diterima, yaitu spiritualitas kerja memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis dan trait neuroticism memiliki hubungan negatif terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis. Dimana kesejahteraan psikologis akan meningkat ketika spiritualitas meningkat dan kesejahteraan psikologis akan menurun ketika trait neuroticism meningkat. Sumbangan efektif spiritualitas kerja terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis sebesar 0,480 dan trait neuroticism terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis sebesar 0,323. Artinya hipotesis ketiga diterima, yaitu prediktor terkuat dari hasil korelasi dan sumbangan efektif terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis adalah spiritualitas kerja. Kata kunci: spiritualitas kerja, trait neuroticism, kesejahteraan psikologis ABTRACT This study was aimed to determine the relationship between spirituality at workplace, trait neuroticism toward psychological well being and to investigate the strongest predictor of psychological well being. Subjects in this study were extraordinary school teachers in DI Yogyakarta who totaled 116 (N=116) peoples. Instrument of data collection in this study is using a scale of spirituality at workplace (meaningful work, sense of community, aligment with organization values), scale of trait neuroticism (anxiety, self consciousness, depression, vulnerability, impulsiveness, angry), scale of psychological well being (self acceptance, positive relations with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, purpose in life, personal growth). Cluster random sampling technique was employed in this study. The methods of data analysis using enter regression. Results of spirituality at workplace toward psychological well being was significant 0,693 and trait neuroticism toward psychological well being was significant - 0,568. This means that first and second hypotheses was accepted, there is a positive corelation between spirituality at workplace toward psychological well being and there is a negative corelation between trait neuroticism toward psychological well being. Where psychological well being will improve when spirituality at workplace was increase, and psychological well being will aggravate when trait neuroticism decrease. Effective contribution of spirituality at workplace toward psycological well being was 0,480 and trait neuroticism toward psychological well being was 0,323. This means third hypotheses was accepted, there is strongest predictors from corelation results and effective contribution toward psychological well being was spirituality at workplace.
