Abstract

This research aim to know responsse of library Ahmad Dahlan University, concerned appearance of law on copyright number 28, 2014 and the method have done by PSB in preparation for the implementation of law on copyright 28, 2014. From the collection of library, writer focused on the printed and digital collection. This research is description qualitative research. The informant in this research is the librarian of library Ahmad Dahlan University. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation. Data analyzed in this research are reduction, data presentation, draw the conclusion and the verification. Draw conclusion in this reseacrh used credibility test as extention of observation, increasing persistence, and triangulation. Conclucion in this research based on attitude concering is library don’t have written rules concerned law on copyright. Whereas in adaptation process’ library Apply a law copyright 28, 2014. Library middle make to adaptation of copyright pass collection dovelopment by nego costing, the digital collection thorough with require has preparead agreement letter and not plagiarism for work may upload to digital baside that, library has protected research works in order not to download by user. library has made some programs like information literacy and plan to do training of anti plagiarism software. Make written rules and socialization about copyright is needed to do by library order to librarian and user respect law on copyright.
