Abstract
Local Government Financial Information System of Central Java is an existing local government system in Central Java to simplify the administrative process financial data in order to be more quickly. In developing a system, there is an important factor that must be considered, that is the quality of its software. Therefore it is needed to conduct a testing of the system. In this research Regional Government Financial Information System of Central Java became the object . This study aims to measure the quality of the software using the Theory of McCall's the factor product operations . Factors in product operation , namely correctness , reliability, efficiency , integrity and usability Based on this research , the percentage of Regional Government Financial Information System of Central Java based on the theory of Quality Factors have a level of correctness factor of 26.88 % , 76.63 % reliability factor , efficiency factor of 93.78 % , 42.24 % integrity factor , and factor usability 82.05 % . It can be concluded that this system is feasible in terms of efficiency and usability , decent in terms of reliability , it is feasible in terms of integrity and not feasible in terms of correctness .
