Abstract

Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) is one among others index in Indonesia which reflects the movement of entire stocks entered in the Daftar Efek Syariah (DES). Established in May 2011, ISSI are strongly influenced by macroeconomics fluctuation in which potentially to conduct a research toward this topic. This research is conducted to examine the fluctuation sensitivity of macroeconomics variable, either domestic or global scope, toward ISSI in certain period May 2011 until March 2016. Such inflation, BI rate, The Fed rate, DJIA, and Crude oil are some macroeconomics variables to be reviewed in this research. The methodology used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The data is processed by using SPSS 16. The result shows that inflection and The Fed rate does not influence the ISSI significantly. Meanwhile, BI rate give negative effect toward ISSI significantly while in the opposite DIJA and global Crude Oil positively affect ISSI significantly. The adjusted valuable of R2 in the level 0,742 indicates that ISSI as independent variable is able to be explained or influenced by dependent variable such as inflection, BI rate, The Fed rate, DIJA, and Crude oil price in the percentage of 74,2 %, while the remaining 25.8% is influenced by others variable out of this study.
