Abstract

Budget is well-known as financial plan. In budgeting, the value of activity and money are significant that all activities will be quantified in terms of money, therefore the achievement of efficiency and effectiveness of the activities conducted can be measured. Budget plan means amount of money that needed for both salary and materials in a construction project. This list includes volume, price of units, and the average of materials and salary that are needed for running the project. Extreme Programming is a software developing method which applied four stages: planing, designing, coding and testing. Moreover, it is also one of the agile methode and compatible for small scale software development that focus more on client’s needs. This application is produced with UML concept (Unified Modelling Language) which a modelling technique in designing a system. This application is presented many features including a work form of architecture such as constrating the floor, wall, roof, and wood working. For defining the structural framework, where there are four options that are required in progressing the foundations, columns, beams, and frames. It facilitates the users in anticipating expenditures. Furthermore, this application is produced a mechanical engineer and landscape. Respondents are agreed with the results of data collection from the application’s testing, they revealed that the system is operated smoothly esspecially in term of minimazing the budget expenditure.
