Abstract

Academic information system is one thing that must be owned by a university. With the academic information system to facilitate all academic and administrative matters required by learners and teachers. A good academic information system should be satisfaction and convenience of the user as the user. Islamic State University Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta is now implementing the system of academic information. Analysis of academic information systems in terms of reusability factor needs to be done to facilitate and increase user satisfaction in using the system. Therefore, this study aims to determine the value and the satisfaction level of reusability factor system. The method used in this research is a fuzzy inference systems mamdani method. In determining user satisfaction, mamdani methods are used to change the input in the form factors of usability so get the output of the satisfaction score. There are four stages in mamdani method to obtain the value of satisfaction, namely fuzzification, application functionality implications, composition rules and defuzzification with five input variables and one output variable. Input variables used are learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors and satisfaction with the variable output of satisfaction. The results obtained from the analysis of five input variables using fuzzy mamdani generate value and satisfaction levels as much as 6% of respondents are very satisfied, 27% satisfied, 48% fairly satisfied satisfied, 18% dissatisfied and 1% very dissatisfied. While the manual calculation using a Likert scale results obtained 57.45%, which can be categorized into quite satisfied. It can be concluded that the majority of respondents are satisfied with the quality of the Academic Information Systems UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta
