From the result of Chow test and Hausman test is done then the regression testing was done by using fixed effect. The research finds that simultaneous regression of return on assets, firm size, earning per share, growth, debt to assets ratio, and bussines risk are influence on dividend per share policy. While partially, we found three variabeles that affect dividend per share policy that are return on assets, firm size and growth.
