Abstract

The role of Islamic financial crisis triggered sharia compliance and sustainability, BMT decreased performance, operational only aimed at sustainability, both on the productivity side, profitability, self-sufficient, productive staff and the performance of the institution; creativity of the service is formed by outreach and Islamic sharia compliance systems to continue disorienting BMT. Operational BMT developed only for the sustainability of the institution and less concerned with aspects of sharia, meanwhile, research support sustainability more emphasis on operational aspects, so as predictors of sustainability BMT does not lead to the sustainability of adherence of sharia and staff productivity, the basis of this research to develop a proxy additional sustainability besides predictor latent. Based on the theory of sustainability Meyer, instruments developed questionnaires and interviews, a quantitative approach to estimating sustainability, sharia compliance, outreach, the agency's performance, and productivity of the staff. Scene depth interviews will multiply BMT members' views on sharia compliance. Formal source selected by purposive sampling method to answer a questionnaire that was distributed to 50 people manager BMT as a sample of the population of 75 BMT. Primary data were analyzed with the help warppls 4.0 to Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM), this analysis can operate in large or small samples, data need not be normally distributed, output indirect effect directly and do not need to look for the T table as an indication of the significance. Qualitative descriptions will be explained by thematic analysis. This study finds Goodness of fit (GFI) models have been met and that Rated average path factor (APC) = 0.361, P <0.001, the value of average R-squared (ARS) = 0483, P <0.001, average variance inflation factor (AVIF) = 2,117, Good if <5 also has qualified, so that the construct is expressed statistically valid regulations. The contribution of sharia compliance (14%) affect the sustainability, performance of institutions 50.3%, amounting to 28.8% outreach, staff productivity by 6.5% and 24% trust. The effect of a positive performance against sustainability significant at 0.65 and 0.001. This means that every one variation of the standard deviation of performance causes a variation of 0.65 standard deviations sustainability. While the size of the institution performance and effect relationship sharia compliance is 0.426 in the medium category indicating that performance plays an important role in sustainability. The results showed that sustainability has a significant influence on the performance of the institution with the value ß = 0.65, which means better sustainability, it will be better the performance of BMT. Sustainability has a significant influence on sharia compliance with ß = 0.37 which means the better sustainability, it will be better complement sharia. Sustainability does not have a significant influence on the productivity of the staff with the value of ß = -0.25. Sustainability has a significant influence on trust with ß = 0.49. Sustainability has a significant effect on the outreach with the value of ß = 0.53. Performance institution has a significant influence on the value of trust with ß = 0.70.
