Abstract

This study aims to produce a good and effective flash player media in learning mathematics at the 4th grade of MI Diponegoro. The type this research is research and development (R and D) based on the Borg & Gall model. The subjects of this study were the 5th grade students of MI Diponegoro Bantul.The total number of subjects were 13 students.Techniques for collecting data collection were interview, observation, questionnaires and tests. The procedures for developing the product include: gathering information, early designing flash player, early trials, revising the product, validation through material expert judgement and media expert judgement, and revising final product. The results of this study concluded that flash player media has the following benefits: (1) it is equiped with complete components: home, competence, material, quizzes and references.The material consists of: the sides,corners, edge and geometry. Then there are quadrilateral pyramid nets, cylinder, cubes, cones, beams and a triangular prism. The quiz consists of four multiple-choice sections, namely the geometry of the components, networks, non- networks and, if known to the base, it can determine the lid. Additionally the media is the also equipped with instrumental music by Kenny G. There were two options which can be choosen, right or wrong. Then, the scores can be calculated automatically. (2). The feasibility of flash player media in learning mathematics for grade IV students of MI Diponegoro in terms of assessment from materials expert judgement media expert judgement meet both criteria. The effectiveness is only achieved by the individuals thoroughness, that is the average value of 60, reached 62.6.Classically it did not not meet because it only reached 58.1% of the 80% target Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran flash player untuk kelas IV SD/MI yang baik dan efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) mengikuti model Borg & Gall. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV MI Diponegoro Bantul yang berjumlah 13 siswa.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, angket dan tes. Prosedur pengembangan meliputi: pengumpulan informasi, desain flash player awal, ujicoba awal, revisi produk, validasi ahli materi dan ahli media, kemudian revisi produk akhir. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media flash player: (1)Memuat komponenkomponen: home, kompetensi, materi, kuis dan pustaka. Materi terdiri dari: sisi, sudut, rusuk dan bangun ruang. Lalu ada jaring-jaring limas segiempat, tabung, kubus, kerucut, balok dan prisma segitiga. Kuis terdiri dari 4 bagian pilihan ganda, yaitu tentang unsur bangun ruang, jaring-jaring, yang bukan jaring-jaring dan jika diketahui alas, maka dapat menentukan tutupnya. Selain itu ada musik intrumentalia Kenny G. yang mengiringi, ada suara benar atau salah sesuai jawaban apa yang dipilih, juga ada skor nilai yang otomatis terhitung sesuai benar atau salahnya jawaban. (2)Kelayakan media flash player pembelajaran matematika untuk kelas IV MI Diponegoro ditinjau dari penilaian ahli materi memenuhi kriteria baik dan menurut penilaian ahli media memenuhi kriteria baik. Efektifitas hanya tercapai menurut ketuntasan individu yaitu nilai rata-rata di atas 60, tercapai 62,6. Adapun secara klasikal tidak terpenuhi karena hanya mencapai 58,1 % dari 80 % yang ditargetkan.
