Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya altematif intervensi bagi organisasi menggunakan studi kasus. Organisasi akan berkembang dan maju apabila cepat tanggap terhadap perubahan. Tujuan perubahan supaya mampu mengembangkan diri. Diperlukan agen perubah untuk bisa membantu melakukan asesmen untuk level individu, kelompok, maupun organisasi. Setelah melakukan diagnosa diperlukan umpan batik dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, kuesioner serta pengukuran data yang objektif. Selanjutnya dianalisis untuk membuat rancangan intervensi untuk pengembangan. Rancangan intervensi yang efektif berkaitan dengan perubahan situasi dan target. Target meliputi isi organisasi dan tingkatan organisasi. Tingkatan meliputi organisasi formal dan informal. Organisasi formal yang dikaji berupa Perseroan Terbatas (Swasta). Perseroan Terbatas (Swasta) yang dikaji meliputi PT X, PT Y dan PT Z yang berada di Yogyakarta. Pemotretan dilakukan secara individu, kelompok maupun organisasi. Selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan 7S Me Kinsey (style, skill, structure, strategy. shared values, staff, system). Hasil analisis menunjukkan permasalahan berupa seleksi rekrutmen, overlapping jabatan, budaya organisasi, pengembangan fasilitas dan penilaian kineija. Penilaian kinelja merupakan permasalahan di PT X dan PT Y. Penilaian kinelja di PT X dilakukan satu tahun sekali sedangkan setiap bulan belum tentu karyawan akan melakukan penilaian. Seringkali penilaian pada kelemahan yang dilakukan karyawan pada situasi tertentu, sehingga kurang objektif. Sedangkan di PT Y terdapat kesenjangan an tara data pendukung dengan tata tertib, desain pelatihan yang bel urn optimal, karyawan belum mencapai omzet sesuai prosedur. Permasalahan penilaian kinerja dimasukkan kedalam ranah 4 kelompok alternatif intervensi yakni human process, techno structural, human resource management, strategic. Alternatifintervensi yang disesuaikan dengan pennasalahan yakni penilaian kinerja masuk ke ranah human resource management. Alternatif intervensi penilaian kineija di PT X berupa pembuatan laporan bulanan dan di PT Y berupa pembuatan rancangan I em bar penilaian kineija. Kata kunci : asesmen, intervensi, perseroan terbatas (swasta) ABSTRACT This study aims to assess the importance of alternatives organization interventions using case studies. The organization will develop and progress if responsive to change. The purpose of these changes is organization development. Agent of change is needed to help conducting assessments at the level of individuals, groups and organizations. Then we conducted diagnostic feedback by using interview techniques, questionnaires and objective measurement data. The data was analyzed to create the design of interventions for development. The design of effective interventions related to changes in the situation and targets. Targets include the contents of the organization and levels of the organization. Levels include formal and informal organizations. Formal organizations examined were in Perseroan Terbatas (PT). Perseroan Terbatas studied were PT x; Y Ltd. and PT Z in Yogyakarta. Figuring was done at individual, group or organizational level. Then the data was analyzed using 7S Me Kinsey (style, skill, structure, strategy. shared values, staff, and system). The result showed the problems in the form of recruitment selection, overlapping positions, organizational culture.jaci/ity development and performance evaluation. The performance evaluation is a problem in PT X and PT Y. The performance evaluation in PT X is done once a year while the employees are not necessarily going to make an evaluation every month. Often the evaluation conducted on employees 'weaknesses in certain situations so it became less objective. While in PT Y, there is a gap between the supporting data with the regulations, the not optimal design training, employees 'productivity that has not reached the appropriate procedure yet. Problems of performance evaluation were categorized into 4 alternative intervention groups, namely human intervention process, techno-structural, human resource management, and strategic. Alternative intervention that is designed to the problem is performance evaluation (human resource management). Alternative interventions on performance evaluation in PT X is in the form of a monthly report generation and in PT Y is the drafting of the performance evaluation form Keywords: assessment, intervention, limited company (private) private company
