Abstract

This resersh aimed to know the influence of education background, work quality, interpersonal communication, and work faciliities to the official employee performance in BMT BIF Yogyakarta. The sample of the research in that 57 employees spread in the center of BMT such as Pleret branch, Parangtritis branch, Nitikan branch, Bugisan branch, and Tajem branch. The kind of data that used is primary data. The technic collecting data using kuisioner. The technic of data analysis using doubled analysis. The result of the research shows that: 1) In partial, there are significant positive impacts of work quality and work facilities variable. Meanwhile for education background and interpersonal communication have negative impacts to the official employee performance in BMT BIF Yogyakarta. 2) In stimulant, at the variable of education background, work quality, interpersonal communication ank work facilities hace positive impacts to the employee performance in BMT BIF Yogyakarta. The result of this research is coefficient determination (adjusted R) about 0,493 that means 49,3%. The variation of the official employee can be explained by a variation of five independent variables and the balance is ( 100% - 49,3% = 50,7% ) can be explained by another variable that cannot be included in the similarities and other factors.
