Abstract

Human resources is cogs all activities company. Hence the role of him made very important for an organization or company. Performance produced by human resources are responsibility company. Employees will give the best performance in accordance with the quality of life work given by a company. Employees will be carried out loyal and outside the workload given. In addition to the job training and leadership good, the islamic work ethic is inside of employees to work with the best performance it. The purpose of this study is to find the influence of quality of work life, organizational citizenship behavior, leadership, job training, and work ethic islamic of the performance of employees bmt binamas purworejo. Variable free quality of work life consisting of work environment and compensation. Organizational citizenship behavior consisting of loyalty and participation. Lab data collected by a method of the spread of the questionnaire and the data obtained then analyzed using spss 16.0 program. To furnish data sourced from the questionnaire, the research also using a technique interview well performed directly or indirectly. Based on the f research shows that work quality of life, organizational citizenship behavior, leadership, job training, and islamic work ethnic influences performance. In addition, the partial t in shows that the workplace, job training, and work ethnic significant against islamic employee performance BMT Binamas Purworejo. But the compensation, loyalty, participation, and leadership not affect significantly to employee performance BMT Binamas Purworejo. The testing produce the determination of 0,341 or 34,1% variable employee performance can be explained by seven variable the remaining 65,9% influenced by other variables not guilty.
