Abstract
This research has a purpose to determine the cost, revenue and analyze the feasibility study and to obtain strategies formulation of business development of Eel Chips Industrial Scale Home in Godean of Sleman Regency. Data in this research are using primary data which done by observation, questionnaires, interviews, and recording. Also using secondary data which done by BPS of Sleman Regency and Godean District Government. Location that selected by using purposive and simple random sampling for respondents as much 25 respondents. The method that have been used in this research are analysis of the feasibility study by using R/C ratio, Break Event Point analysis, labour productivity and analysis of business development strategy by using SWOT. This results showed that the total cost of Eel Chips Industrial Scale Home in Godean of Sleman Regency is Rp 2.634.203.328,00 per year with average cost of total cost is Rp 106.825.656,00 per year. Average revenue per year is Rp. 1.359.128.304 ,00 with total production is 24.264 kg per year and average price of Production is Rp. 100.000, 00. For the feasibility of Eel Chips Industrial Scale Home in Godean of Sleman Regency obtained value of R/C ratio are 1,17, BEP value are Rp 1.385.827,00 for revenue, 27 kilograms for units, Rp. 110.000,00 for prices, and labour productivity is Rp. 2.628.163,00. It can be concluded that this industry home scale are feasible to develop. Strategies formulation that can be applied is diversification strategy.
