Abstract

The role of aspiration as a means of conveying proposals, suggestions and complaints within a university organization is essential in the course of the process of development and progress of a university. With the sophistication of information technology, aspiration system, can be used to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Aspiration system is a system to manage aspirations and provide information related to aspiration itself as well as a means of submitting proposals, suggestions or complaints against an organization. System development in this research using Extreme Programming method. This method is chosen because the development is still done on a small scale. In addition, this method has a simple process, fast and precise because it prioritizes communication aspects between clients and developers. Then the refactoring process makes this method an adaptive system development method that can accept changes at any time. The aspiration system has some features for sending aspirations, viewing aspirational history and aspirational activity history, managing aspirations and managing common users. This system can be accessed by all people both from within (employees, students, lecturers) and community from outside UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This aspiration system can will make an aspiration management process more efficient and provide some information related aspiration itself.
