Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of profitability ratio, leverage ratio, liquidity ratio and firm size sukuk ratings. The sample that used in this study is a non-finance company that issues sukuk and issued by Pefindo. Sample criteria chosen by using purposive sampling method. This research use quantitative data that measured data with numerical scale taken from the financial statement from each company. The research period is conducted from 2011 to 2014, so the data is 32. The independent variabels used in this research are profitability ratio (ROA), leverage ratio (DAR), liquidity ratio (CR) and firm size. While sukuk ratings is a dependent variable. The analysis in this research used ordinal logistic regression. The result showed that the variable profitability ratio, leverage ratio, and liquidity ratio does not significant effect to sukuk ratings. While size company significant effect on sukuk ratings.
