Abstract

Pedagogical competence and professionalism is teachers ability to manage learning methods. However, teachers still have difficulty in practising the integrated tematical learning which is difficulties in linking the theme of learning. The problems that examine in this study are first, how is the teachers pedagogical competence in the integrated thematical learning of III class student MIN 1 Yogyakarta. Second, how is the teachers professionalism competence in integrated thematical learning of III class student MIN 1 Yogyakarta. This study is a qualitative with an analysis descriptive approachment. Sampling technique that use is purposive sampling. Source of this study is a teacher of IIIA and III B class. The data collecting techniques are observation, interview, and documentation. While, the validity test of the data are triangulation and the analysing data techniques using Huberman and Miles. The result show that, first the pedagogical competence and teacher professionalism of IIIA and IIIB class of integrated thematical learning are giving a model, program of habituation, briefing and religious programs. Through this program the teacher make attitude development of spiritual and social, such as : well mannered, honest, confident, accurate and careful, responsibility with giving motivation to the students, gift and etc. Second, teacher professionalism of IIIA and IIIB in integrated thematical learning shown through an reflective act, and master the material that supports learning. Although, teacher can make a marking dan evaluating the integrated thematical learning. Third, the learing outcome of student of III A and B of spiritual attitude and social from integrated thematical learning shown by well mannered, honest, confident, accurate and careful of the student which began to appear.
