Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know collection Availability based on the syllabus of curriculum 2013 in the library of HAMKA Muhammadiyah Condongcatur elementary school. This research adopt the quantitative descriptive method. Methods of who use to measure and analysis the collection availability that references is checklist method. Research instrument in this research is certain list made based on syllabus curriculum 2013 then use to correct with library collection. Methods of data collection in this research using observation, documentation, and interviews. The technique of data analysis use technique descriptive analysis. The result of this research : 1. Collection availability in the HAMKA library based on the syllabus of curriculum 2013 that. It’s from three classes can be procentase is the lowest the collection availability the lesson class of available is thematic book which title Indahnya Negeriku, Cita-citaku, Daerah Tempat Tinggalku, and Makanan Sehat dan Bergizi. 2. Collection Availability in the HAMKA Library are coverage get the result 82,6% which means almost all collection are available in the HAMKA Library. From this research, suggest a librarian more intention collection availability the lesson class of IV who is still not available. A librarian manage the data of library completely so that thematic book can be input to inventory data of library, part of school join with the other school, so if there are less of collection or the other facilities can be fill up each other, the process of study can be maximal.
