Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, internship (PKL), practical learning tools, and organizational activity to the work readiness of sharia financial management (MKS) students, faculty of islamic economics and business UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This research type is quantitative study. Data used is MKS year 2013-2014, obtained from the faculty. Method of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The result of the research shows that work motivation and organizational activity have a positive effect on the work readiness of students of MKS FEBI UIN Sunan Kalijaga. While the internship (PKL) and practical learning tools is not significant to the work readiness of students of MKS FEBI UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.
