Abstract

This study aims at describing the effect of CAR, FDR and BOPO on the profitability of sharia banks after the implementation of office channeling and spin off system policies. The sample of this research are 8 banks that have implemented the policy. Samples were chosen by using purposive sampling method with the provisions of the bank to publish the financial statements during the study period. Data analysis technique used is panel data regression using Eviews 8 a pplication. The results showed in this study indicate that simultaneously CAR, FDR and BOPO variables affect the ROA, this means simultaneously the system office channeling and spin off policy affect the profitability of sharia banking. But partially, only BOPO variables that affect the ROA but with a negative direction.
