Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the mu’allij aspects as a counselor in helping relationship perspectives. It use qualitative phenomenological method with five active muallijs as the subjects. This research had been made in Special Region of Yogyakarta and DKI Jakarta. Counselor aspects which shown in this research are expertise aspect, skill aspect, personality aspect, and experience aspect. Generally, the spreading of the aspect’s data looks like the same especially in expertise, skill, and experience aspects. But it will shown differently in personality aspect that communication ability and problem identification will be different between men and women. Between that, this research also find that the experiences between one mu’allij tu others were in the same case spreading which consist of medical illness and non-medical illness that will be handeled and cured by ruqyah psychotherapy with tazkiyatunnafas’ technique as a kind of a taubah way which being agreed by those research subjects as a part of a crusial but affective for the changing of the client.
