Abstract
UIN Sunan Kalijaga is one of the State Islamic University that implement the media website as a medium to disseminate information related to the activities that exist in the university environment. As a media information website must have a good quality in providing information as one form of service. A good website is certainly a website that can meet the needs of its users. Therefore, there needs to be measurement related to user satisfaction. This research uses questionnaire as a data collection technique. The respondents are students, lecturers, staff and alumnus or general public. The method used in this study is Webqual 4.0 . Webqual is one of the methods or techniques of measuring the quality of the website based on the perception or assessment of end users. In this research this method was used to determine the level of user satisfaction of UIN Sunan Kalijaga website. Webqual method is a method used to measure the quality of the website from the attributes of each dimension. In this research, Dimensions used in webqual are Usability, Information Quality, and Interaction Quality. Based on the measurement of UIN Sunan Kalijaga website using Webqual 4.0, shows Quality of Use, Information and Interaction significantly to user satisfaction. This means that the quality of the website has met expectations. Similarly, this can be added to the quality of UIN Sunan Kalijaga website in general has a good quality.
