Abstract

The effectiveness of communication is required in educating the disability students, set of problems is the way to educate disabled students with normal students need a different handling, that case is related to the successful of a teacher in deliver a message while educate the disability students. In the learning process of disability student, the researcher need the effectiveness of communication to produce communication goals in global of education. To achieve the effective of communication a teacher applies the effective of communication using REACH theory. Namely: respect, empathy, audio able, clarity and humble. Another findings is that the researcher found while conducting the research is that for educate disabilities students is so different. Even though the teacher educates in students condition with the same category. Because every children has a different character, and the teacher at SLB C Dharma Rena Ring Putra 1 is educated with individuality handling. Keywords: Effective communication, difable, education.
