Abstract

The research was aimed to determine the influence of leadership, quality of work life, Incentives, and training on the quality performance of employees of BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga of Yogyakarta. The research was conducted by employee of BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga of Yogyakarta as population. Selecting sample using nonprobability sampling with saturation sampling method. Therefore, the sample of this research is all employee BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga of Yogyakarta that is 33 employees. A data which is used in this research is primary data that takes from survey using questionnaire and interview media. The data analysis method is validity test, reliability test, classical assumptions, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS vs.21. The results of this study indicate that leadership, quality of work life, and incentives, have a positive and significant impact on employee performance quality, while training has a significant negative effect on the quality of employee performance( INONNIM. ( INDONESIA ) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, quality of work life, Insentif, dan pelatihan terhadap kualitas kinerja karyawan BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan karyawan BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta sebagai populasi. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menggunakan sampel seluruh karyawan BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta yaitu 33 karyawan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari survey dengan media kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS vs.21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, quality of work life, dan insentif, mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kinerja karyawan, sedangkan pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kualitas kinerja karyawan.
