Abstract

This study aims to find out more about the experience of victims of violence in relationships dating. This research focuses on forms of victims of dating violence, factors of dating violence in victims, the impact of violence in victims and the way the victim seeks help. This research uses qualitative-phenomenological approach. The data were collected by observation and interview method. Informants in this study amounted to two people with age between 20-23 years. In general, the results of this study indicate that both informants experienced emotional verbal violence, physical violence and sexual violence. Factors that cause violence in courtship are the pattern of care and family environment, efforts to control, love must be proven by sexual intercourse, misunderstandings and the lack of openness between partners. The victims also experienced the impact of violence in victims in the form of psychological, physical and social impact. The efforts made by the victims to seek help is to tell the problems they are experiencing to the friend, the friend becomes their place to expel the feelings they feel and the companions are also a source of encouragement for the victims. In addition, one of the victims also sought help to the police. ( INDONESIA ) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam mengenai pengalaman korban kekerasan dalam relasi pacaran. Penelitian ini mengambil fokus pada bentuk kekerasan dalam pacaran, faktor penyebab kekerasan dalam pacaran, dampak kekerasan dalam pacaran dan cara korban mencari pertolongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-fenomenologis. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah dua orang dengan usia antara 20-23 tahun. Secara umum hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua informan mengalami kekerasan verbal emosional, kekerasan fisik dan kekerasan seksual. Faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kekerasan dalam pacaran ialah pola asuh dan lingkungan keluarga, upaya untuk mengendalikan, cinta harus dibuktikan dengan berhubungan seksual, salah paham dan tidak adanya keterbukaan antar pasangan. Para korban juga mengalami dampak kekerasan dalam pacaran berupa dampak psikologis, fisik dan sosial. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh para korban untuk mencari pertolongan ialah dengan menceritakan permasalahan yang mereka alami kepada sehabat, sahabat menjadi tempat mereka untuk mengeluarkan perasaan yang mereka rasakan dan sahabat juga menjadi sumber penyemangat bagi para korban. Selain itu salah satu korban juga mencari pertolongan kepada pihak kepolisian.
