Abstract
Sukuk is an investment alternative for those who interested to investing on investment securities. Corporate sukuk is one of the instruments in the Indonesia capital market as an alternative financing for the company. This reseach aims to analyze the effect of Islamic bonds value, Islamic bonds rating, Islamic bonds maturity, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Sharia Indonesian Bank Certificate (SBIS) on Islamic bonds (sukuk) yields. The reseach period is 2013-2016. The population of this reseach are listed corporate sukuk in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. The selection of the sample using purposive sampling. The sample in this reseach is 12 corporate sukuk. This study use data analysis of the quantitative analysis which includes the descriptive analysis, and panel data regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that value of sukuk have a positive and significant effect on sukuk yields. Sukuk rating have a positive and significant effect on sukuk yileds. Maturity sukuk have a positive and significant effect on sukuk yileds. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a negative and signicicant effect on sukuk yields. Sharia Indonesian Bank Certificate (SBIS) have a positive and no significant effect on sukuk yields.
