Abstract

This study about comparetive between Pegadaian Syariah and BCA Syariah Bank in financing product of motor vehicle ownership. Which aim to know and analzye the difference in financing of motor vehicle ownership. This study uses primary data obtained from interviews at both institutions and secondary data obtained internet, brochures, annual report. This research uses comparative descriptive analysis. The result is shows the difference between Amanah product using rahn tasjily contract with type of profir is mu’nah 0,9% per month (10,8% per year) from vehicle price, giving period 3 month for bad debt. While KKB iB Syariah product using murabahah contract with type of profit is margin 14% per year from the remaining principal and rescheduling instalment period for default. For early debt repayment KKB ib Syariah is considered more profitable than Amanah. And both product use the flat method in determining the payment of monthly installment.
