Abstract

The aim of this research was to understand the relationship between School Organizational Culture And Student Perceptions Of The Teacher's Personality Competence With The Character Of Responsibility. The reasearch in this study was student of SD Muhammadiyah Sambisari with a sample of 47 student in 10- 11 years old. Sampling techniques were used is purposive sampling. Data collection instrument were used in this study is Likert Scale, consist of School Organizational Culture, Student Perceptions Of The Teacher's Personality Competence, and The Character Of Responsibility. Statistical analysis techniques used are regression. Result of analyzed data obtained correlation coefficient (R) = 0,626 with p = 0.000 (p0.05). As it showed that there was have significant correlation between School Organizational Culture And Student Perceptions Of The Teacher's Personality Competence With The Character Of Responsibility. The analysis of each variabels show different ressults. Student Perceptions Of The Teacher's Personality Competence with Character Of Responsibility doesn’t show any significant (P=0,092), and then Culture Organizational School have significant relationship with Character Of Responsibility (P=0,000).
