Abstract

Currently the growth chart card is still using paper that must be stored by each participant and brought on when visiting posyandu. This certainly has some drawbacks such as paper that is easily damaged and in terms of practicality, of course, is no longer appropriate with today's society who wants everything to be more practical without leaving the aspect of its effectiveness, but with the development of technology is expected to answer that problem. Therefore the purpose of research and preparation of this thesis is to design the growth chart card system in the form of a mobile app. System development in this research uses Extreme Programming method. The four stages in this method are planning, design, coding and testing. The use of the XP method can adjust to changing needs. Growth chart card mobile app has more advantages over growth chart card in print or paper form, among them is that the growth chart card mobile app is more accessible, the growth chart card mobile app can be accessed anywhere and anytime through the user's smart device. This app has basic features like the growth chart feature that is also present on the card in the print version, maternal and child health information pages, information on basic immunization and features of child immunization time reminder. This system succeeded in assisting Users and Posyandu officers as a complement to conventional KMS. The results of validation test and user satisfaction to 10 respondents show that almost all respondents accept this system.
