Abstract

Tourism is an important part of Indonesia’s economic development. Through various cultures and archipelagic country background that stretched below the equator, Indonesia has a great tourism potential. Not only the Government, the tourism potential also seen by the community, so there is a lot new tourism spot are established by the community. Special Region of Yogyakarta known of its hospitality become one of the Provinces in Indonesia where the community aware and utilize a tourism potential, both through culture and nature. Kulon Progo Regency which is the part of Yogyakarta also emerging a lot of new tourism spot . With many new tourism spot are established by the community, off course there are a competition between them and services has an important role in it. This research find about tourist’s respons to services quality of tourism spot manage by the community, that is Ekowisata Taman Sungai Mudal. Using a quantitative approach with an indicators of respone in form of cognitive, affective and behavioral aspects and indicators of services quality in the form of tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness and emphaty aspects. The results tourist assess services quality of 3,54 then responded with a value 3,64 on a scale of 5, which is high. Than used Perason’s Correaltion Product Moment get 0,717 at value of correlation and signification 0,000 < 0,005 thats means positively correlation between two variabels.
