Abstract

This study was conducted against a background by a child's bad habits in communicating with peers in school and communication with a teacher who does not reflect the behavior of primary school children. Departing from the problem need to inculcate good manners by through exemplary and habituation, plays a big role in realizing a spiritualization and good behavior in the world of education and menyodorkan to all Muslims who believe how should act and behave not to fall into the deeds negatives are very alarming. From the above explanation, the authors are interested to examine and see the development of the character in view of the social cultural characteristics and parenting patterns in primary school children whether the application of good manners that have been done by the school is correct and the application of character in the parents deviant or community atmosphere which is too influential on the development of a child's character. The method of this research using qualitative analysis research deskrptif with research subjects parents and teachers. this research method using data collection method by using interview method, documentation method and observation by using research instrument contained in the guide. For the way of analysis using data analysis techniques in the form of data collection, data reduction, data display, verification and affirmation of conclusions. As well as to test the validity of the data then this research using triangulation test by checking the degree of trust obtained through different time. The results showed that. The development of the child's character is seen from and the parenting pattern of the class V in MI Mirfa'ul Ulum Semarang is done with various activities that is from the school (1) routine activities, consisting of: greetings and salim, reading prayer before studying, dhuha prayer and pray dzuhur congregation, help and get used to live clean. (2) from the parents name three kinds of parenting that is the pattern of foster democratic, authoritarian parenting, permissive parenting. (3) How Teacher Approaches in aligning different parenting patterns of diverse parents. Success in applying parenting to achieve optimal development needs synergy between school, parents and community.
